What can I get across Ireland for... around €400,000?

From a five-bed family home in Co Cork to a modern and bright apartment in Dublin.

WHETHER YOU’RE A first-time buyer or you’re about to upgrade to a new place, the property market can be a difficult one to get your head around – especially if you’re working to a strict budget.

Each Friday, we profile a selection of houses across Ireland within a specific price range, to give you a better sense of what you could afford around the country.

This week, we’re at €400,000. Here’s a taste of what’s on the Irish market right now with that price tag…
